Steel Conveyor Rollers

Rubber Impact Roller
- Descriptions: Impact roller is used in loading zone and transfer point applications. Rubber Lagging Roller is often applied in order to extend the life of the shell by providing a replaceable wearing surface or to improve the friction between the belt and the Roller.

Conveyor Drums: (Head / Tail Pulley)

A Head Drum also known as Head Pulley or Drive Pulley are driven by mechanical means to provide movement to the Conveyor Belt. A Tail Drum also known as Tail Pulley is located at the opposite end of the Conveyor Belt to the Head Drum, it provides a direction of rotation for the conveyor belt and can also be used as a tension device.
- Applications: Used in various industrial sectors involving the use of Conveyor Belts especially in Quarrying and Mining.
Conveyor Idlers
- Descriptions: It support the belt and conveyed material along its full length preventing it from stretching, sagging and eventually in failing.
- Types: Training Idlers, Carrying Idlers, Return Idlers, Flat Return Training Idlers.
- Applications: Often required to operate in harsh environments such as dirty, dusty, high humidity and drastically high or low temperatures.
