Hydrodynamic cleaning and flushing of lubrication systems
The method of cleaning and flushing of lubrication systems developed by Ecol is the most effective way for the preparation of new oil systems and overhaul of already-operating systems in all machines and equipment, regardless of size and the level of complexity.
This method is absolutely safe for the natural environment, because the cleaning agent is pure water, and the contamination is organic. Mechanical impurities collected from the internal surface of the oil system, as well as trace amounts of oil are transferred by water away from the oil system.
Chemical foam cleaning of turbine rotors and other rotary equipment
Chemical cleaning with foam is a recognised and economically attractive method of sediment removal from the flow systems in turbines, without a need of removing the system.
The cleaning process can be performed within 24 hours in a downtime lasting just a few days, usually 4 or 5 days (necessary to cool down the turbine to a proper temperature and set the foam-cleaning unit). After the cleaning process is over, the turbine is quickly recommissioned.
Oil Analysis
Diagnostic services for clients are carried out in the Ecol Oil Analysis Laboratory.
At its headquarters, in Rybnik, the company Ecol offers the analysis of oils and greases in the up-to-date and useful tests packages.
The highest standards of our research unit have been confirmed by the accreditation No. AB 1564. The accreditation was issued by the Polish Center for Accreditation, confirming the laboratory’s activity in accordance with PN-EN ISO / IEC 17025:2018-02.
